Large raised inground pool overlooking the lake. With a south facing back yard, the sun warms this pool all day long. The pool deck is perfect place for lounge chairs to sunbathe and view the lake while keeping an eye on those in the pool. Plenty of life jackets and floats for pool. Fully fenced back yard to keep the kids safe from the street and lake.
Next to the pool is the gentle sloping walkway to the dock.

Large backyard for cornhole or other outdoor games. There's a pole light in the backyard to extend the games into the night.
There are 2 kayaks, 2 paddle boats, and 1 canoe to venture out into this calm area of the lake. And a Lily pad to tie to the dock for the kids to play on, or catch some rays. Lots of life jackets available for use. Our family rule is, if you are under 14 or a non-swimmer, do not go past the gate to the dock without a lifejacket.

Front entrance foyer flows into the mostly open Livingroom, Kitchen, Dining room and Sunroom. New flooring and paint throughout upstairs. This level has 3 bedrooms (2 King, 1 Queen) and 2 full bathrooms. Plus access to the garage and back yard.
Living room with very comfortable reclining couch and loveseat (4 recliners). 55" Smart TV. Lighting over fireplace with dimmer.
Fully stocked kitchen. Coffee pot, Keurig, Air Fryer, microwave, toasters, pots, pans, cookie sheets, cooking utensils, mixing bowls and storage containers. Plenty of plates, bowls, cups and silverware. Various spices, salt, pepper, French door refrigerator with ice and water in the door. Dishwasher and stove/oven.
Entry into the garage is off the kitchen. Large pantry. Seating for 12 between the dining room and attached sunroom. Folding chairs available for additional seating at each table.
Glass doors open between the Livingroom, Dining room and Sunroom. Access to back yard, pool, lake and patio from sunroom. With the large windows, this is a great coffee drinking room in the mornings, as well as cool place to view the pool & back yard activities in the summer.
Off the main living area are a King and Queen bedroom with shared bathroom between. Each has a closet and night stands with clocks and 3-in1 iPhone, Smart watch and AirPod chargers. The Queen bedroom overlooks the pool and lake.
Off the Livingroom (behind the kitchen) is a King bedroom and bathroom. The bedroom has a large closet and wardrobe, 3-in-1 chargers for iPhone, smart watch and AirPods. The bathroom has a combined tub/shower.
From the foyer is the access to the lower level. Downstairs there's a separate living area with a door to close when the kids get loud . This floor has the 4th bedroom (a bunk room), 1 1/2 bathrooms/dressing room, a Livingroom/game area and kitchenette. This level sleeps 8 plus room for air mattresses.
The lower Livingroom/family room has comfortable leather couch, loveseat and a storage ottoman for kicking up your feet. The TV has a firestick for streaming. A view of the pool is right outside the window. There is direct walkout access to the pool/patio and lake from here.
Off the family room is the bunk room. 2 Twin XL over Queen bunk beds and a twin Daybed with a pullout twin trundle bed underneath.
The dressing room/half bath has a HEATED Jacuzzi Tub, double vanity sinks and 2 very large closets. It's a half bath, because there is no toilet. We know, we thought the same thing when purchasing the house... But it's a very nice & large dressing room and place to relax in the jacuzzi tub. And there is a full bath steps away on the other side of the family room. It will keep you from flushing & waking light sleepers in the middle of the night.
There's an extra twin mattress, air mattresses, sheets & blankets in the closet for extra sleeping options. Plenty of shelf space & rods for extra clothes separate from the wardrobe in the bunk room.
The Jacuzzi tub has amazing jets with a heater that automatically comes on with the jets, to keep your bath warm, as long as you desire. The tile steps to the tub feature nonslip surface for added safety.
The kitchenette off the family room has a side-by-side refrigerator with ice and water in the door. A microwave sink and stove top, as well as extra storage for snacks.
Just behind the kitchenette and off the family room is another full bathroom. It may be simple, but for some, this is the favorite shower in the house.
Next to the stairs is the unfinished storage area with utility/laundry room. There is a washer and dryer, as well as life jackets and extra pool towels.
Even in the fall and winter you can enjoy the beautiful views from the pool deck on a warm day. There's a fire ring with firewood on property for a warm beautiful campfire next to the lake. Bring your fixings for S'mores!
The house is also stocked with various board games, card games and air hockey for inside fun during cooler months.
This brand new safety cover will keep your kiddos safe during the months too cold to swim. But it's not a trampoline, so please be kind to our cover.
In the heat of the summer, the patio area is shaded by the sunroom above. Complete with two rectangular and 1 round table (under the beautiful grapevine) with lots of chairs for seating. The charcoal grill makes this the perfect grilling and eating area.
This grape vine also provides beautiful shade for dining during the summer.
Lots of wildlife to view around the lake and property. Deer, Ducks, Geese, Sea gulls, Cranes and even Pelicans from time to time. Be careful driving to the property. The deer love our neighborhood!

A line of geese in the winter, sleeping overnight where the frozen lake opens into moving water from a nearby spring. The sun rose higher by mid-morning, & they were off again
